Often I use computer renderings to help people make decisions. This is important as the stakes are pretty high: remodels are costly, and it is important to avoid regret as much as possible. I’ve seen that these computer renderings remove the “I don’t know” factor and instill a lot more confidence in decision-making. They also allow people to see and consider alternative possibilities that they had not thought of.

While renderings offer a needed relief by providing a clear idea of how a room will look, there are color differences that cannot be overcome. Below is an example of a rendering of a room I gave to a client. To see how colors and textures actually go together, we would look at samples.
